Master bedroom has a king size bed and sliders to lanai and pool.  There is plenty of storage with a dresser, nightstands and a shelved walk-in closet.

The en-suite master bathroom is huge.  There is a separate toilet and through "saloon" doors is the bathroom a walk-in shower with 5 jets.  The bath is a jetted tub with six underwater jets.

The second bedroom has a queen bed.  The room is bright and airy with French doors to the courtyard.  There is an en-suite toilet and  "den" with settee that converts into a futon bed.

The twin room is at the other end of the house.  It is ideal for children.  There is an adjacent bathroom with bath and over bath shower.  All bedrooms are carpeted and have brand new beds and linen as well as cable TV.

A large laundry room with washer and dryer is next to the double garage.  The garage is large enough for two cars or to store a small trailer. The yard is fenced on both sides and landscaped with a variety of palm trees. 

The pool has Roman steps to the shallow end which is about 3 feet deep.  It is over 6 ft deep at the deep end.  The pool is heated by a new electric heat pump allowing comfortable temperatures all year round.  A new pool enclosure was fitted in March 2006.

The dock has a concrete deck area with a fish gutting table.  The wooden boat dock has a boatlift suitable for boats up to 7,000lbs.  There is room to moor alongside and mooring whips to keep a boat clear of the dock.  

The dock looks over an 80ft wide gulf-access canal  It takes just a few minutes to the river by boat and Sanibel can be reached in 30 minutes.  The home is walking distance from the Tiki Bar and Steak House and close to the shops and restaurants.
